The nomination process is inclusive and ensures fair treatment of every nominee.
Submission: One can nominate himself/herself, or be nominated by another individual or company. Parallel to it, members of the Business Elite Awards team can also submit a nomination for someone who they consider deserves to be part of the process.
Research: Each nomination is very carefully prepared based on a thorough secondary research from a range of publicly accessible sources by our skilled and well trained research team. After the final completion, every nomination is submitted to the Advisory Board for an evaluation.:
The evaluation process is crafted to guarantee that nominees are assessed based on their achievements, reputation, leadership skills, and ambition to further succeed in business.
Nominees are evaluated according to the following criteria:
Career progress, past job positions, and business accomplishments
Current company’s geographical reach and potential for expanding into new markets
Current company’s corporate and/or product brands’ values
Level of management of the nominee’s position within the organizational structure
Number of personal and/or corporate local, national, regional, or international awards and other recognitions
An inspiring personal story on the road to success
Level of innovation, creativity, and other intrapreneurial skills in conducting business practices
Personal image/reputation within the business community
Initiation of and/or engagement in successful execution of CSR activities
Nominees must be 39 years or younger on June 30 of the year the nomination is submitted.
Nominees must be an owner, executives, managers, professionals, or persons with significant business decision-making authority.
Preference is given to nominees who work in the private sector; however, nominees can also work for a public or non-profit organization. In either case, nominees will be assessed on demonstrated business-related achievements that advance the goals and objectives of their organization.
